Pride Month: A Long-Term Commitment
In honor of Pride Month, Cofidis Group reaffirms its commitment to the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals. This commitment is upheld year-round and is reflected in concrete actions on our campus and within our organizations.
A concrete commitment to a more inclusive environment
On the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, we reaffirmed our strong conviction: the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people remains a significant challenge in the workplace.
Discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity remains a reality. The 2026 LGBTQIA+ Barometer by L’Autre Cercle and Ifop shows that more than one in three LGBTQIA+ employees has been the victim of at least one incident of harassment in the workplace.
In light of this, Cofidis Group is taking long-term action. Since 2022, we have been signatories to L’Autre Cercle’s LGBTQIA+ Commitment Charter, which was renewed in 2025. We have also joined the StOpE initiative to combat everyday sexism in the workplace.
This commitment is also reflected in concrete actions: inclusion awareness training for managers, an internal network called “Question de fierté” that brings together LGBTQIA+ employees and allies, and our participation in the 2026 LGBTQIA+ Barometer conducted by L’Autre Cercle and Ifop.
We are also proud to have several LGBTQIA+ Role Models within the group: Florine Scarcériaux, 2025 LGBT+ Role Model at Cofidis France; Simon Alves Dhellemme, 2024 LGBT+ Role Model at Monabanq; and Jean-Dimitri Dewavrin, 2023 LGBT+ Role Model at Cofidis France.
A month of june to raise awareness and foster dialogue
Throughout the month of June, several events were held on our campus to raise awareness, provide information, and encourage discussion about the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Eight paintings, created in collaboration with the artist Silver, were displayed to represent the eight letters of the LGBTQIA+ acronym. A discussion stand was also organized on June 11 during the lunch break, featuring members of our internal network, Question de fierté.
Posters highlighting L’Autre Cercle’s LGBTQIA+ Commitment Charter and the distribution of educational materials rounded out these efforts.
These awareness-raising initiatives helped open up dialogue and advance understanding of these issues within our community.
Thank you to the teams who got involved, the members of the “Question de fierté” network, our allies, and everyone who contributes every day to advancing inclusion.
Thank you also to Jeanne Haltz, Marie-Laure Juste, Florine Scarcériaux, Isabelle Beurrier, Jean-Dimitri Dewavrin, Yahia Berkouk, and David Bruneau for organizing the event.
