Our governance

With frequent shifts in the market as well as in society, companies need to be organised in a manner that is both solid and agile enough to evolve quickly. Under the watchful eye of the Supervisory Board and with the support of its shareholder, the Group’s corporate and operational management, as well as General Management of the subsidiaries, collectively participate in a project called Experience First, which allows the Cofidis Group to adopt a clear-eyed look towards the future.

An Executive Committee committed to our Group project

In order to strengthen the collective spirit of the Group’s operations and governance, the Executive Committee adjusted up its organisation in 2020, particularly by giving greater priority to international business. In the new organisational structure, members of Cofidis Group Operational Management are also becoming the key points of contact for multiple subsidiaries. The three Corporate Management bodies complete this system, making changes smoother and better consolidating information, best practices and projects.
