Every year, we assess our commitment to gender equality. The 2026 Index reflects our ongoing efforts to ensure an ever-greater level of gender diversity!
Tangible results that reflect our commitment
Created in 2018, the Gender Equality Index is a metric that enables companies to assess gender pay gaps and identify persistent disparities.
With scores ranging from 79 to 99, these results reflect the Group’s and its teams’ ongoing commitment to embedding gender diversity in our culture. At Cofidis Group, everyone has a place and actively contributes to our collective intelligence and shared success.
INDICATOR 1:
Pay gap between women and men, expressed as a percentage by equivalent job category and age group.
INDICATOR 2:
Gap in individual salary increases. Comparison of the percentage of employees receiving salary increases by gender.
INDICATOR 3:
Promotion gap. Comparison of the percentage of employees receiving promotions, defined as a salary increase accompanied by an increase in job grade or hierarchical level.
INDICATOR 4:
Percentage of employees receiving a salary increase in the year following maternity leave, provided that salary increases occurred during the period of their leave.
INDICATOR 5:
Gender balance among the 10 highest-paid employees (headcount).
