Human Session: Co-Creating the Employee Experience of Tomorrow
To further advance its commitment to continuously improving the employee experience, Cofidis Group is launching Human Session, a unique initiative that brings together volunteer employees and HR experts around a shared goal: to work as a team to build the solutions of tomorrow.
A New Direction: Uniting to Build Together
For several years now, Cofidis Group has relied on various employee engagement surveys to gather feedback from its employees (Great Place To Work, “Vous avez la parole,” and “Dis-nous tout” for Cofidis France) and translate that feedback into actions and solutions across the Group’s entities.
With Human Session, the group is taking a new step forward: that of collective co-creation. The idea is to directly involve employees in developing solutions, alongside HR experts, to evolve practices together with those who experience them on a daily basis. This approach is fully aligned with the “Value for Humans” initiative and reflects a strong conviction: solutions developed collectively are more relevant, more effective, and more sustainable.
A system designed to enhance the employee experience
Human Session brings together volunteer employees from Cofidis France, Monabanq, Creatis, and SynerGIE, alongside Human Resources experts, to work together on priority topics identified in the surveys.
Two themes were selected for this first edition: day-to-day recognition, and skills development and career progression. For each of these topics, participants come together during dedicated sessions for reflection and collaboration, drawing on real-world experiences to design solutions tailored to the needs expressed.
This approach allows each participant to contribute directly to the evolution of their work environment, within a structured framework facilitated and coordinated by the Human Transformation and Innovation team.
A big thank you to the Human Transformation and Innovation team (Juliette Duclos, Carolyne Osinski, Judith Cliquennois, and Camille Lamoitte), as well as to Marie Mulliez and Marine Carion from Oresys, for designing, facilitating, and coordinating this initiative.
