Aiways, a new actor in the automotive market, chooses Cofidis to support the development of its 100% digital activity in France

Cofidis is bringing its expertise in the engineering of digital and omnichannel financing solutions to the automotive market. The company has announced its partnership with Aiways, a newcomer to the 100% electric car market.

15th of June 2021, Villeneuve-d’Ascq – Cofidis is investing in the automotive market by deploying a financing solution for the customers of the manufacturer Aiways, which has a 100% digital distribution model. This partnership is in line with the online consumption trend and thus meets a specific objective: to support the Aiways partner in its growth on the French market through a fluid and secure financing solution for consumers.

Aiways customers can benefit from Cofidis solutions to finalize the purchase of their vehicle with two types of offers:

  • On the one hand, the financing of the vehicle, with solutions that can go up to 84 months, but also a long-term rental offer or a rental with purchase option.
  • On the other hand, a loaner insurance and a financial loss guarantee which covers the remainder in case of accident, fire or theft of the vehicle worked out with our partner CBP.

 

In addition, Cofidis puts its teams available to Aiways in order to develop the carmaker’s business: sales and marketing experts working on customer experience and sales promotion, and data experts specializing in securing business and smoothing the customer experience. Finally, Cofidis is committed to assist Aiways in the training of its sales teams.

 Aiways, a new partner of Cofidis, is marketing an electric SUV in France, based on a unique 100% digital distribution model: online appointment booking, vehicle brought directly to the customer for a test drive, then finalisation of the financing file via the digital platform.

In the same logic, and with the objective of presenting the brand’s U5 SUV to consumers, Aiways is organizing, alongside Cofidis, the first live car shopping event in France on the 22 of June, hosted by automotive journalist Clémence De Bernis. During this live event, consumers will be able to reserve a test drive slot and benefit from exceptional offers in case of a subsequent purchase. An event during which the different financing offers proposed by Cofidis will also be presented.
