The Group was founded on the concept of online lending, which means that we don’t meet with our customers in physical branches. Because of this, we have to build a personal relationship of trust. We strive to treat each of our customers and partners as individuals, without a one-size-fits-all pattern, so that we can adapt to meet their needs as well as possible. Consideration, one of our flagship values, is a value shared by our teams across every entity and every business. We help them make the most of our services by creating a multitude of studies and workshops which allow us to work with them to test and improve our products, services and communications. We also regularly conduct satisfaction surveys, guiding our activity and pointing our employees in the right direction – that of our customers!
