Our French subsidiaries have signed the LGBT+ charter

On 30 September 2022, the four French entities of the group, Cofidis France, Monabanq, Creatis and Synergie signed the LGBT+ charter with the organisation L'Autre Cercle. This is a way for each of them to show their commitment to integrating all talents and ensuring an inclusive work environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender people...

Going further for diversity and inclusion

This charter encourages companies to include the issues of sexual orientation and gender identity in their diversity policy. It promotes effective equal access to responsibilities based on merit, talent and professional commitment.
By signing this charter, the group’s French subsidiaries undertake to

  1. Create an inclusive work environment for LGBT+ people,
  2. Ensure equal rights and treatment for all employees regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity,
  3. Support employees who are victims of discriminatory comments or actions,
  4. Measure progress and sharing good practices to improve the general working environment.

Cofidis Group is the second signatory of the LGBT+ Commitment Charter of the Hauts-de-France Region.

“Through the signature of this LGBT+ charter by our 4 French subsidiaries, I am delighted to see the courage and commitment of our managers to equal opportunities for our employees. It should be noted that less than 20% of the signatories of the Diversity Charter have signed the LBGT+ Commitment Charter.”

Sophie Legrand, Diversity Project Manager

4 subsidiaries of the group have signed the Diversity Charter

Since this summer, Creatis, Monabanq and Synergie have joined Cofidis as signatories of the Diversity Charter. This proactive approach demonstrates the willingness of the group’s entities to act in favour of diversity but above all to go beyond the legal framework of the fight against discrimination.

By signing these charters, our group is positioning itself in France as a forerunner in diversity and inclusion and reaffirming its commitments.

“We are proud to be able to support and sustain this commitment to diversity and inclusion over time, which is in line with the values of our #Like approach.”

Thierry Vittu, HR Director Cofidis Group
