Cofidis Group in France has once again been awarded the Happy Trainees label by our interns and apprentices
We promise our employees that they will experience an exciting and humane professional adventure. The same goes for our interns and work-study students. And for the third year running, our French entities have been awarded the "Happy Trainees" label, testifying to the satisfaction of our young employees.
What is the Happy Trainees label?
The HappyIndex® Trainees label, awarded by ChooseMyCompany – Avis Certifiés ESG, enables companies to find out how they are perceived by their students, trainees and alternates. The process for awarding the label is based on an anonymous questionnaire filled in by trainees and alternates, assessing various aspects of their experience within the company, such as the quality of the training, the supervision, the working atmosphere and future prospects. This label enables talented young people to share their experiences, while helping companies to improve their work-study programmes.
Cofidis Group awarded label for 3rd consecutive time
Cofidis Group in France has stood out by maintaining its Happy Trainees label for the third year running. The constructive responses from interns and work-study students have enabled Cofidis Group to stand out from a large number of companies and prove that its commitment to the quality of the work-study experience is solid and lasting.
A unique work-study experience: a human and formative journey
This repeated success is no accident. Cofidis Group in France constantly strives to offer its interns and alternates a unique experience, combining high-quality training with a working environment conducive to personal and professional fulfilment. The young talents who join the company can count on attentive supervision, stimulating assignments and continuous learning opportunities.
Thanks to tutors, work-study students and trainees
For Cofidis Group, this Happy Trainees label is an opportunity to warmly thank all those who have contributed to this success:
- the tutors, who played an essential role in supporting the young talent,
- the work-study students and trainees themselves, whose commitment and feedback have been decisive,
- as well as the entire team, who worked hard to maintain an environment conducive to the development of these up-and-coming employees.
