Cofidis Group in France has once again been awarded the Happy Trainees label by our interns and apprentices

We promise our employees that they will experience an exciting and humane professional adventure. The same goes for our interns and work-study students. And for the third year running, our French entities have been awarded the "Happy Trainees" label, testifying to the satisfaction of our young employees.

What is the Happy Trainees label?

The HappyIndex® Trainees label, awarded by ChooseMyCompany – Avis Certifiés ESG, enables companies to find out how they are perceived by their students, trainees and alternates. The process for awarding the label is based on an anonymous questionnaire filled in by trainees and alternates, assessing various aspects of their experience within the company, such as the quality of the training, the supervision, the working atmosphere and future prospects. This label enables talented young people to share their experiences, while helping companies to improve their work-study programmes.
