World Cleanup Day 2023 is a global event aimed at raising awareness and mobilizing people to keep our planet clean. This year, Cofidis Group's French subsidiaries took an active part in this environmental effort, organizing a litter pick on campus and in the vicinity of the company.

Cofidis France sought to develop initiatives and intrapreneurship by working with Teamstarter. Teamstarter is a French internal crowdfunding platform lets each employee create and finance projects based on a dedicated budget set by the company.

True to its commitment to uphold the values of diversity and inclusion within the company, the Group has extended its support for the parasport team. Preparations are also underway to build a women’s team as of next year.
