Cofidis spreads sunshine in the streets of Belgium

Cofidis Belgium reveals its latest advertising campaign: large sunny frescoes, created by talented street art artists.

The “little” extra? The finish used on the frescoes purifies the air. In fact, its titanium dioxide-based composition, in contact with daylight, activates a chemical reaction that eliminates harmful nitrates in the air, breaking them down into harmless salts. This is a registered formula, used exclusively by Mediafield for the Belgian OOH market.

“With no less than 650m² of frescoes created, it is as if 650 mature trees purifying the air of Belgian cities had been planted by Cofidis. This is not insignificant and it fills the small Belgian company that we are with joy to have been entrusted with such a mission,” explains Mathieu France, Manager of Mediafield sprl.

Pierre Bertrand, Marketing Director of Cofidis Belgium, adds: “Through this campaign, we want to strengthen the awareness of our brand and highlight our solar side. Our baseline ‘Free to move forward’ also reminds us that we accompany our customers in all circumstances, without judgement.”

In total, seven frescoes were painted in the largest Belgian cities, such as Brussels, Charleroi, Leuven, Ghent, Liège and Antwerp.
