Committed to diversity for many years, Cofidis Group took the occasion of the International Women's Rights Day on 8 March to honour its female employees.

This year, Cofidis Group is reaffirming its #LikeMyPlanet approach by offering its French employees easier, less costly and cleaner daily commutes thanks to the introduction of a sustainable mobility package.

Smiles and good humour were in the agenda at the official presentation of the Cofidis team for the 2022 season. The event, which was broadcast via streaming, looked back on 25 years of Cofidis Group's passion for cycling and revealed the highlights of the coming season.

Cofidis Belgium has launched a major initiative by choosing a cleaner and more environmentally friendly energy source: photovoltaics. With the installation of its solar panels, the group's Belgian subsidiary is starting the year 2022 by producing its own green energy.

On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, Cofidis Group wishes to highlight its commitment to women and its pride in having supported the association Solfa SOLidarité Femmes Accueil this year.

On the occasion of the European Disability Employment Week 2021, Cofidis Group wanted to create moments of exchange and sharing on the subject with its internal and external stakeholders in France.

Because women represent 67% of the group's head office employees and several employees have already been affected by this disease, Cofidis Group is committed to National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

One year after the launch of #LikeMyPlanet, the Group's environmental initiative, Cofidis Group's employees have responded by getting involved in a challenge to benefit reforestation from 13 to 17 September 2021.

With the health crisis, some employees may have experienced more difficult financial situations (unemployed spouse, separation, etc.). To assist them in these critical moments, the group's French entities have set up an interest-free loan offer in June 2021.

Solidarity has always been a value defended by Creatis. Today, Creatis wants to go forward starting with the tele-skills sponsorship.

True to its commitment to uphold the values of diversity and inclusion within the company, the Group has extended its support for the parasport team. Preparations are also underway to build a women’s team as of next year.
